Crimes of Violence
A crime of violence or a violent crime occurs when an offender threatens to use or uses violent force upon a victim. As a criminal defence lawyer, Wade Jenson is experienced in dealing with cases involving a violent crime charge. Under the criminal code of Canada, there are a number of offences that are considered “crimes of violence.” They include:
